  1. Buffering issues with EE TV:  There are some simple checks you can make to fix the common problems.
    • Wi-Fi Quality: if you are using Wi-Fi connectivity, then you must check the Quality as ‘OK’. You can check this from EE TV Menu > tools & help > selecting Status. More than 60% is OK - if quality is too low, this is probable to be the reason of the buffering problem.  
    • Try to restarting your EE TV and router:
      • Restarting your EE TV and router can fix lots of issues. You can do this by:
      • Simply you can unplug your EE TV off at the main power.
      • Unplug your broadband router
      • Now please wait 30 seconds
      • Plug your router back in and wait for it to reboot
      • Now turn your EE TV back on and wait for it reboot.
