Q. How do I join EON?
A. You can join EON by calling the EON customer support department on the following EON telephone number; 0844 453 5123. You can contact EON Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays to discuss registration.
Q. What will happen to my EON’s Smart Pay As You Go account if I change provider?
A. If you have got both your electricity and gas with EON and you have decided to change your gas/electricity to another provider, you will no longer be able to access your Smart Pay As You Go Account for your gas/electricity.
If you select to do this, It will change both your Smart Pay As You Go meters over to normal credit meters and then send you a last bill for gas/electricity you used up to when you start getting your gas/electricity from your new provider.
If there's something pending to pay, you will need to pay this in full or contact EON customer service team to settle alternative way to make a payment. If your bill's showing a credit, then it will automatically apply this to your account.
You will then need to pay for your gas/electricity after you use it, so when the final bill is send to you, you'll need to pay it in full within 14 days of the bill due date.

A. No, Not necessary, if you are an Existing EON Customer and if you have a Smart Pay As You Go meter, then EON Customer services will automatically take your meter readings so you don’t need to send it manually.
Q. What to do if my Payments aren’t showing on my bill?
A. It is depending on how you pay the bill; it can take a few days to receive your payment. If you made payment 2-3 days before your bill date, it’s likely EON Executive didn’t get time to show on your bill. You must wait for couple of days and then check your online account by logging with your credentials.
