Let NPower know when you are moving:

If you have standard meter then it’s always to best to contact NPower Customer support team via phone.

If you have prepayment meter, you can just contact NPower on the day you’ve moved.  

If you already moved out and have forgotten to contact NPower, Please get in touch with NPower Customer services as soon as possible to setup you moving online with your customer account. 

Send your details to NPower

  1. Your NPower account number
  2. Your new supply address

If you have prepayment meter, then you will need the following:

  1. Your meter serial number (found on the front next to the barcode)
  2. Final meter balance
  3. Details of owners who owns the property.

Lastly, you will need to submit your meter readings on the last day of your current home. It helps you to get accurate bills.
