Before you send your parcel, you should do the following:

  • Check your system compatibility to make sure your PC is supported by ParcelForce website.
  • Once you have found the service you just need choose “buy online” - Opens in new window.

  • Select whether you need to print your own labels or they can be printed out at our local depot.  Labels print straight onto A4 paper using a normal printer - nothing special is required.
  • If sending a Global parcel you must select to print your own labels.
  • Enter your parcel collection and delivery address and other delivery details.
  • Select the day you want your item collected.
  • You can just pay by debit or credit card of any payment.
